Copark was faced with the challenge, that their current website did not meet the expectations in conversion rates. The challenge was therefore to come up with a solution for a redesign, that focuses on CRO and by the same time optimize usability and gives the user a smooth experience.


  • The website was mainly used through mobile devices
  • Users focuses on easy access to information and contact options
  • The website needed to be more usability friendly to convert


The solution became a website with focus on the essential that Copark stood for and how they help their customers. An easy to use and very usabilty friendly website, with a clear strategic goal of removing all noice from their platform, made the website more accesable.

A main feature with integrated phone service, made the website a friendly helper for current customers and new customers to contact Copark, which were the main goal of the website to begin with. A wish from Copark was to place as much information above the fold as possible. This were made possible by focusing on the goal.
